Polite Notice
A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is fully refundable if cancelled at least 8 weeks before your stay.
The remaining balance for your stay is to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A £200 damage deposit is required for all stays to be paid 1 week before you arrive, this will be refunded once the property has been inspected and no damage is found.
There is an additional 70 euro housekeeping fee per stay, payable upon departure.
