Polite Notice
To secure your booking, a £200 deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 8 weeks before your stay.
The remaining balance for your stay is to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A £200 damage deposit is also required and should be paid 1 week before your stay. This will be refunded in full once the property has been inspected and no damage is found.
Please note, there is a 70 euro housekeeping fee per stay, this is payable upon departure.
