This fully refurbished WC and shower room on the first floor offers both style and functionality.

The front of the house has a private gated driveway with space for one car, additional on-street parking is also available. Access to the property is via a small staircase from the driveway.
Once inside, you are welcomed by a beautifully walled garden area offering a private space to unwind and enjoy the fully refurbished 10m x 5m swimming pool.
We’ve carefully designed the outdoor space to ensure maximum relaxation:
Outdoor Kitchen Area: An outdoor kitchen area plus gas BBQ is provided for the grillers!
Dining: A large dining area that seats 8 people, perfect for meals al fresco.
Sofa Area: Relax in the cosy sofa area under a large parasol, providing shade on the warm sunny days.
Sunbathing: Recline on the loungers and soak up the sun.
Lemon Tree Relaxation: Pick a lemon, pour yourself a drink and unwind by the fruit tree on the cool rocking chairs.
At the rear of the property, you’ll find a shaded area to escape the heat, along with reclining chairs stored in the shed for extra comfort. A washing rotary airer is also available for your convenience.
The pool is maintained by a professional pool cleaner who services it twice a week during the summer and once a week in the winter, ensuring it’s always in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
